"I started at Fischer Homes in May of 2023 as an Information Technology Co-Op on our Data Analytics team. Three months into my internship, I received a full-time offer to join the team as a Data Analyst after my graduation in December of 2023. Having two co-ops with Fischer before my full-time role prepared me to continue to impact change in the company as soon as I was promoted post-graduation! I've learned so much at this company in less than a year, and I feel like Fischer has truly invested in my development as a student and as a professional."
