One of the fundamental aspects of Fischer Homes is going beyond just building communities but actively working towards bettering the communities that give us the privilege of being part of them. One of the ways we have been able to fulfill this is through partnerships with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Kings Island Family Care Center, Nursing Suite at Great American Ballpark, and many more, with the hopes of continuing to grow this legacy.

We have a handcrafted approach to training our Associates through various programs throughout their time at Fischer. We equip all of our Associates with all of the tools that they will need in order to succeed and continue to develop throughout their careers.
