Corporate Learning and Development
Fischer Homes is an organization defined by growth, which is supported and fueled by Learning and Development. On their first day, every new Associate is invited to our Corporate Headquarters for a cultural training experience called Day 1, Job 1, to learn about our culture, core values, Associate benefits, career advancement, and more. Throughout their career, our Associates can expect regular Learning and Development opportunities like Lunch and Learns, Division and Department learning events, and cross-department networking and training opportunities. We are also proud to provide each Associate with up to $5,250 toward continuing education for career advancement. The more our Associates grow, the more we succeed!
Fischer University for Sales Excellence
Starting with the first day, Fischer Homes provides new Sales Associates with an immersive 90-day onboarding and training program. Whether they are brand new to sales or a seasoned sales veteran, we will give Associates the tools, training, and support to achieve sales success. Our FUSE program includes:

Practice and Application for Construction Excellence
New Field Managers are set up for success with our robust construction training program. Even if new to residential construction, Fischer Homes provides our Field Managers with the knowledge, skills, and experience to build homes like a pro. Our six-month PACE program includes:
