"I started with Fischer Homes in the summer of 2023. I started as a co-op for the summer and then worked part-time throughout my last semester of college. After my great experiences with this exceptional company, I took the opportunity to join Fischer full-time upon graduation. During my transition from co-op to full-time, I received very in-depth training and in-person experience to get me to my first promotion to Field Manager II. During my training, I have also had the pleasure of moving around to different communities to learn about different products we build. This is helpful for my overall experience before going for my first promotion. I know that with Fischer Homes, there are so many opportunities for growth which makes me excited for my future here!"
