"After 2 years of co-oping with Fischer Homes, I graduated from NKU in 2021. I was immediately hired and promoted to Field Manager II in the Northern Kentucky division. I have found so much opportunity and growth within the company. In just one year, I was given an entire community to run and given an assistant to train. I had the highest quality score in single-family construction of any Field Manager in our Northern Kentucky division for 2023. Through continuous networking, I have been able to work with internal teams on projects that affect the entire company and am helping train our new field associates. I am excited for all the opportunities that Fischer Homes has for the future of my career!"
