"I have been able to grow very quickly at Fischer Homes. A few weeks after graduating from IU, I started as a Sales Associate in January 2018 for our Indianapolis division. In April 2018, I was promoted to Sales Counselor, where I went on to become an Elite Coach just one year later. In March of 2020, I was thrilled to have won Indianapolis Sales Counselor of the Year. In November of 2020, I was promoted to Sales Manager of Northern Kentucky. Now I am thrilled to be the Director of Sales in 2024 and working across multiple cities and teams!"

"I have been with Fischer Homes for less than two years and have already experienced tremendous growth! In February 2021, I took a Sales Associate role in Columbus, OH, where I was promoted to Sales Counselor just a few months later. I am proud to have earned the 2021 Rookie of the Year in sales for the Columbus division. In April 2022, I accepted the promotion to Land Acquisition Manager. It has been exciting to discover two different fields so fresh in my career!"

"I graduated IU in May 2019 and by June had started as a Sales Associate at Fischer Homes. After 3 months I was promoted to Sales Counselor. By 2020 I had already gained the title of Elite Coach. Within this position, I have been able to grow and improve every year, as well as assist those I mentor to do the same. I was awarded Indianapolis Sales Counselor of the Year for 2022. In 2023, I placed second in the company in the 6-month sales competition and was awarded Sales Counselor of the Month companywide for the month of August. Each year has brought fun new challenges, I'm constantly learning/growing in this position!"
