At Fischer Homes, we provide our Co-Ops with a world class experience by providing them with on-the-job training, the opportunity on purposeful projects, and all while experiencing a fantastic company culture. What sets us apart: 

  • Our Co-Ops have a Co-Op Consortium available to them where they are able to network, connect and share best practices with other Co-Ops and even those former Co-Ops who have accepted full-time roles with Fischer Homes. Associates in our Co-Op Consortium attend fun events, such as Cincinnati Reds baseball games, Cincinnati Cyclones hockey games, and Top Golf, just to name a few.
  • The Co-Op program is fully equipped with all the tools and resources they need in order to successfully perform their assignments and tasks.
  • We often place our Co-Ops in other roles throughout our organization during the remainder of their collegiate career to learn various parts of our business as well as to expand their skill set, knowledge and abilities. Those Co-Ops who perform exceptionally during their tenure tend to receive a full-time employment offer prior to graduation.
